Merlin is currently working on a custom remodel at The Ridges. This project was a custom home remodel of the backyard of a home we built a decade prior. Since the backyard provides a stunning view of the city, maintaining the yard is just as important as maintaining the interior of the home to this client. The natural wear and tear from the Las Vegas desert sun had taken its toll, so it was time for a light refresh. Who better to make sure a refresh is done right than the original builder? Merlin repaired the pool, tile and concrete to restore the backyard area to its original glory. To protect our clients wishes we aren’t able to share any photos of this project. We used a photo from a previous custom home we built at The Ridges.
